We have several Contour/Forms licenses - one of whihch is configured to an older site which we need to update. Can our Forms license be configured to a new domain? We've checked the Umbraco 'Manage Licenses' page and nothing there seems to indicate an ability to manage our paid licenses after they've been configured.

If you write to the support using the the contact form on https://umbraco.com. and provide the informations about the license you want updated.
We need to email where the license are placed, the old domain(s) and the new domain(s) then we can update the license for you, no problem.
