I'm having an issue with the Umbraco Forms v 4.2.1. The issue occurring is on the workflows - i have tried to update the email address of the receiver a dozen times and at first it goes through with no issues.
However, after a week or so the workflow reverts back to the old email. This is becoming an issue as I am not too sure how many emails are being lost. I have even deleted the workflow and created a new one but it always seems to revert back.
