I have created a custom workflow to process the data of the form and send by mail to the person filling the form.
At this point, the custom workflow gets an identifier from the database, this value would like to pass to the results page.
How can I pass a parameter from the custom workflow to an internal page?
I'm using the lastest version of Umbraco Forms (4.4.0)
