I just made the upgrade to 4.4.0 from 4.1.5 for a client website, as they were unable to export form entries due the date picker and special characters in JSON issues.
However, this has caused a couple of other issues. Firstly, as the screenshot below indicates, the date picker has incorrect characters and the filtering checkboxes has JSON next to them, instead of plain text.
Finally (and probably more concerning), I am unable to edit any existing forms or create any new ones, as the create/edit screens are completely blank (see the second screenshot). I've included the URL so you can see I'm creating a new one. There aren't any errors in the browser console.
Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone have any ideas what is happening here?
