I am having an issue on a number of our sites where we can't edit the forms security settings for some users.
When you attempt to we get a white screen and the following error in the console:
When investigating this we found that there wasn't anything in the database for that user under the table 'UFUserSecurity'. We have a bit of sql to insert the user but we are having to do this more and more.
Has anyone seen this issue before? and if so is there a fix for it so it doesn't happen again?
