Datetime controls don't work.
If you choose a Datetime control, only an input text control is rendered and nothing happens when you click on it.
We added the jQuery references and there's no error showed on the page or in the console. Any other control seems to work properly
We're running Umbraco 7.5.3 Umbraco.Form 4.4.2 (Licensed)
Any idea on how to debug this behaviour?

Umbraco Forms Datetime control not working
