Bit of a random question but does anyone know how Contour *very old version 1.1.13.2) renders the form number. I ask because one of my forms uses a bit of javascript to record a userid. The script stopped working this week as name/id of the form changed, but don't know what I did to increase the number from 3 to 4 ( see below)
