Our production Umbraco site has few Umbraco forms.Now one of the form workflow 'Send email' gives error 'Empty due to Umbraco Contour in trial mode' with all filled fields empty.
Other form is working fine and can also send email with proper data.
Any quicker help will be much appreciated.

Could you please try re-download your license from umbraco.com and then drop it in the bin folder.
When you have done so, please recycle the app pool, so it will pick up the license on new.

Yes, it was license issue and after putting proper license file in to bin folder all is working fine now.
