I was recently hired to change up a clients website, and it uses Umbraco. However, I am trying to find the actual model in the hierarchy and I am unable to. I can find the form that calls the model that is supposed to send an email whenever the form is filled out and submitted. Is there a specific place this will be in Umbraco? Or would I be able to find it in the web root? Any insight to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I know the model used to work but since then the company has changed email addresses I am sure it is still sending them to the old email address that is being referred to in the model.
