    Fetching record after Form Submit

    Hello, I have working with umbraco forms. I have created multiple page form, and want to fetch data after submission. Main problem is when i fetch record on that form only first page can filled up, but next pages left blank, Can you please give me a solution how i can filled up all the pages with exact data.
