It might have to do with a problem on my end regarding the database. The package seems to work fine on a fresh localhost installation. I will definitely get this fixed and install it! Many thanks.

Hi Mike
It's not possible out of the box, but if you install "Umbraco Forms on Perplex Steroids", it should be possible, have a look - https://our.umbraco.org/projects/backoffice-extensions/umbraco-forms-on-perplex-steroids/

Interesting, what version of Umbraco are you using? DId you install the package via nuget? file upload?
I'm using Umbraco 7.7.2, I tried through manual installation and through umbraco. I cannot install through NuGet.
