I've set up a form with a multiple choice question. When the workflow runs and I get sent an email with the results, the multiple choices just say 'on' and not the actual value of the option.
Anyone know how to fix this?
Can anyone help with this? My form is currently unusable as I can't identify what multiple choice options a user has selected.
