Upgrade Contour to Forms

Hi,

if you upgrade Contour to forms is there a way to keep the data from Contour display in Forms? Or can the Forms and data be migrated?

Not sure if you can run both Contour and Forms at the same time as it did not seem to allow this?

It doesn't exactly say it moves the data (mentions forms and workflows), but I get the sense it does that. Worth a try at least.
