Cannot pick xslt file

Hello

I am having an issue to when picking xslt file in forms. The page is generating a javascript error : Error: .findWhere is not a function populateFile@/AppPlugins/UmbracoForms/js/umbraco.forms.js:157:32

Can you please help?
