Hi,
I'm trying to create a form that will be using custom field types. I have everything pretty much working based on the documentation page.
My issue is that I want my custom radio button list to have the same backend functionality as the default one (see screenshot below).
Can anyone point me in the right direction to where those default fieldtypes are located, that way I can copy them and modify them as needed?

It may depend on the version of Forms but usually here: App_Plugins/UmbracoForms/Backoffice/Common/FieldTypes/radiobuttonlist.html

I'm on 8.5.5, but still can't seem to get the prevalue source appear in the backoffice, ultimately leaving the radiolist blank. Which version worked for you?
