Has anyone built an Umbraco Form or used an Umbraco Forms plugin to create a form that lets you have a radio button with an "Other" textfield option? If it's not possible is there a decent work around?
Here's an example from Google Forms:

You can add text field for other option and hide it with the condition. You can define that field will be shown when option is Other
