    Umbraco Form - Save Event to Document Type

    Greetings,

    I have a workflow built in Umbraco Forms to save the form input to a specific document type. Unfortunately, the Checkbox List doesn't seem to be working correctly. The form pulls the list of location values from the data type, but never passes them over to the new content node when published. Any ideas on what could be causing this, or is this a bug?
