Hi, I've a single choice button which hides / shows a custom FieldType. The form is multi page so when I visit the site first and go through the questions, everything works as expected. When I click the Yes option, the custom FieldType displays, I can then enter the details and go to the next page. If I then click back, the Single Choice button is showing it is selected as 'Yes' however, the custom FieldType doesnt show.

When I view the source, I can see the fieldtype is there, it's just not being shown. If I click on No and then back to Yes on the Single Choice button, still nothing works.

Has anyone come across something similar?
