    Datepicker stylesheet nog loading in Umbraco Forms 7.0.6

    Since Umbraco Forms 7.0.6 the stylesheet for the datepicker isn't loaded anymore

    The debugger does enter the DatePicker.cshtml file and it passes the line where pikaday.css is supposed to be loaded. However it doesn't really load the file. I checked my app_plugins directory and can confirm the file is there. Overwriting all Umbraco Forms files with the latest version doesn't help either.
