We are facing some big issues with the Date pickers in Umbraco Forms.
When we press Submit in a form where we have more than one Date pickers in a form, if we give values to all Date fields or to at least one, only in the last Date field in the database we see a Date value stored, even if we have not filled in the last Date picker in the form but some other.
Moreover, the time stored in the database is always incorrect. It always depicts "12:00"00am".
The bug is always reproducible in all forms that we create.
We are using Umbraco version 7.12.1 assembly: 1.0.6806.26190 together and Umbraco Forms 7.0.6.
