How to Set a field value from within Email Razor template ?

Hi Using the Umbraco Forms and example email razor template , example field text box hidden called source , does anyone know how to set this with a value ,hidden field with value from within the razor template ? tried field.fieldvalue.setvalue .. but could set the value. Thanks Andy
