    V8 Umbraco Forms can't delete record

    I have upgraded a site to Umbraco 8.1.3 / Forms 8.1.2 from Umbraco 7.5.14 / Forms 4.4.7. Everything is working except I can't delete a record from a form. I get the message saying "Excuted Action: Successfully executed action Delete" but the record does not delete. Does anybody know what the problem could be?
