Does anybody know which version of Umbraco is being used for heartcore ? It must be pre 8.7 because the block list editor is not available yet.

At the moment the only way to find out which version is running is by asking support. The version I am running at this moment (09-09-2021) is 8.3.1
The block editor is scheduled for Next (Q3 2021) in the Umbraco roadmap https://umbraco.com/products/roadmap/
