    Concierge for 64 bit windows

    Concierge

    Is there any plan for 64 bit windows compatible concierge?

    we are very interested in this one. and it's one of the reason we bought the umbraco pro.

    but becasue of 64 bit issue we still not able to use it.

    and to utilize our hw more efficiently, we do not consider to config the application pool to 32bit compatible mode.

    I've just put the final touches on a new build of Concierge that uses our new licensing code that is also used for courier and contour. So as soon as everyones licenses is updated it will be released

    Hello Per,

    any update on the release schedule of the new concierge?

     

    some functions provided by concierge will be very benificial for our current project.

    Hi Tim

    The files should be available already, it needs a seperate license file on your profile, which is named umbracoConcierge.lic

    Hi Per,

    does this mean that concierge 2.0.1 can be installed in a 64bit env?

    also where can I get the umbracoConcierge.lic?

    I cannot find it under my Manage your Umbraco Pro licenses section.

    I don't have the umbracoConcierege.lic file either. 

    I get the following when I try to install concierge 2.0.1.

    Could not load file or assembly 'Umbraco.Concierge.LockUnLock.DLL' or one of its dependencies. Invalid access to memory location. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800703E6)

    The new Umbraco website is up, and the new format license files are available in your manage licenses section.

    The only thing I can't find is a compatible version of Concierge to download. The version I have uses the old licensing and breaks exactly as Nate described.

    Hopefully we'll be able to download a the new licensing version soon.

    I heard back from support, and you can download Concierge 2.0.2 from the nightly builds area, which will get us out of trouble short term. Hopefully they'll put all the stable versions together with the license files on the Manage Licenses page in the future.
