I uninstalled the package but still have some leftovers remains in the
system such as if you right click a node in the Content area the Check out
button is still there – with no icon.
Old post, i know, but i just ran into the same problem, so for anyone else.
after uninstalling, the concierge dll remained in the bin even if ticked in the uninstall dialogue. manual deletion of this removed the item in the tree.
