I downloaded UmbracoConcierge_2.0.2_634211795414431250.zip and installed it to my Umbraco 4.7.2. After that I don't see a new section showing up at lower-left corner, but I can see Check in, Show Depedency, Comment buttons from various areas.
Check that your user account has access to the Concierge section. I had a similar issue, but once I logged in as administrator, I went to my backoffice user account and noticed that my own account (e.g. ian.robinson) didn't have access to the new Concierge section. I ticked this section, saved the changes, logged back in as ian.robinson and I could see the Concierge section.
