I am using version 6.1.6 and the UmbracoConsierge_3.0.0 package installed fine. The UmbracoConcierge_3.0.0_update package fails with the following error:

Have you installed other packages on your installation? If not...could you try installing another package? Just to see if it's an error with the concierge package somehow or if it's installing packages in general that for some reason is not working correctly.

Yes, I successfully installed contour, the uLocalGovMVC starter kit, and UmbracoConsierge_3.0.0.
