is there any possibility to create form for a member data type with Contour? if so is there any possibility to save the node in member area section? !

No, this not possible, though it would be really useful!
But you can always tap in your own workflow to save the member details on a member node

so you mean I need to add a work flow with "post form to a URL" then I need to create my custom page and save all manually?! (is this what you mean?)
but what I am asking is, is there any way that Contour does it automatically? ( like the way it does for document or content)
