    From contour form to campaign monitor list

    Hi

    When a user enters his information in a contour contact form i want the user to be able to mark that he/she wants to be added to the newsletter list, so the email has to be added to a campaign monitor list in this example..

    Any good ideas how this could be done?

    You can do this by adding a custom workflow type in which you can use the campaign monitor API to subcribe that specific mail address.

    Have a look at the Contour Contrib project for an example of creating a custom workflow type. I would love to add the custom workflow item that you create by the way, the project could use some more contributions! :-)

    @Daniel,

    Christian Palm has some campain monitor extensions: http://screenr.com/LSn

    So you might want to get in touch with him for a kick start...

    Cheers,
    Tim

    Trying to see if they are willing to share the work as a package :) http://www.liquidint.com/blog/2013/02/18/extending-umbraco-contour-campaign-monitor-integration/
