Yes the database is migrated, and I don't think it is a license problem, although I'm not sure. It is a license I got on Umbraco certification program.

It could be a licensing issue, is the contour license set up for the live site's domain correctly?

Yes the database is migrated, and I don't think it is a license problem, although I'm not sure. It is a license I got on Umbraco certification program.
