    Change from adress

    Contour

    Hi All,

    We have a contour licence for multiple domainnames.

    Is it possible to change the "from" adress for each website?

    Bas,

    The websites separate umbraco instances? If they are then for each site update the umbracoSettings.config file the element 

     

     <notifications>

          <!-- the email that should be used as from mail when umbraco sends a notification -->

          <email>[email protected]</email>

        </notifications>

    Is the one you need to change.  If they are all in the same website then you will have to create your own email workflow item (see contour docs there is an example email one) and in the workflow update the sent from address according to which site they are sending from.
