there are 2 ways, one is via the rich text editor insert form macro its in the rich text edit field square yellow button if you hover over says insert macro you can then use the insert form from contour and that will let you select forms you have already created. Other way is insert the macro in template. If you have not already watched the contour videos i recommend you do as they show you how to create and insert form.
I try the same thing that u give me but when ever i going to choose contour form it gives an error... as Something went wrong while displaying the webpage...
whats the error what version of umbraco are you using and version of contour and version of .net framework also have you already created a form that you are trying to insert?
if you view the form using firebug you can see all the styles that are being applied and the classes and ids being used. You can either turn of default css (its in form options) and put in the new styles or leave as is and override styles in your own css.
