    Contour 1.1.6 install - "web.config could not be updated" on install

    Tried updating from 1.1.3 to 1.1.6 by removing original package and reinstalling new contour (1.1.6). However I got the following error message after installation:

    Umbraco Contour Installer encountered some errors

    • Installed the database
    • Added the forms datatype
    • Updated /umbraco/config/create/ui.xml
    • Added dashboard to Contour application
    • web.config could not be updated +
      System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at Umbraco.Forms.UI.Usercontrols.Installer.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) in d:\TeamCity6\buildAgent\work\278191fcc80f7b16\Umbraco.Forms.UI\Usercontrols\Installer.ascx.cs:line 183
    • Addded Formpicker macro control
    • Updated english language file with Contour keys

    How do I find out what the update to the web.config was?

    Awesome - I thought there might be a doc.

    The one thing that i noticed was that newVersion="3.5.0.0" broke it. Updated to newVersion="4.0.0.0" and it worked - I've assumed this may be because I'm using .NET 4
