In my "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\umbraco\config\" there are not "create" and "lang" folder.
Contour section is visible.
Can you help me to solve the problem?

Sorry... I solved the problem.
The securuty settings on umbraco\config folder were wrong.
I have properly configured security settings and install again Contour
Now it work correctly.
