    Html text before checkbox

    I am creating a contact Form.

    Before the checkbox for privacy subscription is necessary to insert a html text with link to privacy discalimer.

    Is it possible to insert a simple html text in the form?

    Davide,

    You can either create your own field type or using a bit of jquery to inject some html in.
