It sounds like Umbraco.Licensing.dll might be missing from your /bin/ directory, perhaps try re-adding it from a backup or the Contour package?

    Hi Tom,

I dont have any Umbraco.Licensing.dll inside my /bin/ backup.
I tried to copy it from the manual install package and now it works.

It looks like this dll did not exist on umbraco 4.5.2?

Strange...it should have been included with Contour.  It's in one of my 4.5.2 installs with Contour.  Not sure what happened!

    Hi Tom,

I am not able to see any other sections other than Content and Media after the upgrade. Any thoughts?

Well, this was because of the Permissions

I gave full permissions to NETWORK SERVICE and ASPNET users and it worked.
