I have Contour workflow that posts a new page under a certain node after the form is submitted. Is it possible to write an xslt for the template I use that just posts all of the data in the form fields for that page?

Yup it is,
Contour installs an example xslt template so if you create one starting from that you should get an idea on how to do it

Yup it is,
