I made a simple Contour contact form and have installed the macro inside of the RTE of my page.  My master template has the <form runat=server> already on it.  The problem is that the first two labels and text fields show up fine, but the third label, textarea, and submit buttons do not show up, as well as no closing div being rendered.

My stack trace says that there is no dictionary entries for "submit", "prev", or "next".  I have reinstalled contour twice to no avail.  If there is any other info I can provide to help out, please let me know.  Thanks!
