While I wouldn't say this is necessarily Umbraco's fault, but curious if others are experiencing the same results.
I can reproduce it every time by simply inserting a Contour form anywhere in tinymce.
Umbraco 4.5.2, Chrome 15.0.874.106 m & Contour 1.1.9. I'm hoping the client decides to pursue some upgrades maybe it will remedy the issue. I may setup a test instance to see if I still have the issue.

Was a bug in that umbraco version so upgrading umbraco should do the trick
