    Save as CSV, Save as Excel not working in internet explorer

     

    Hi,

    Contour is crashing Internet Explorer 7-9 when a user tries to save entries to Excel or CSV, however it is working fine in all other browsers. Does anyone know solution to this?

    I'm running umbraco v 4.7.1.1 (Assembly version: 1.0.4393.24044). With Contour 1.1.12

    Is that while exporting the viewed entries using tools on the top right or when exporting all entries using the export dialog?

    It happens when using the top right tools.

    A customer of mine is using Contour, and he reported this to me. However I checked Contour in Firefox and Chrome myself just to be sure that they worked, and when I e.g.. save as excel, I get a save file window. But it doesnt recognize the xls/xlsx extension. So the client has to add it manually.
