I have a project whereby an Event registration form allows the team leader to select the number of team members, depending on the number selected I need the form to accept details for each member of the team. As this number is unknown until the main registration form selects the number of team members I am looking for advice on the best way to solve approach this.

My initial thoughts would be to have a seperate form that can be loaded for each individual team member and on that form is a hidden field that can be used to store the id of the main form id in order to create a relationship between the team leaders registration and other members of the team.

Any other thoughts on this?
