    One field with multiple drop downs

    Contour

    We'd like to create a form with 3 drop downs that act as a single field when saved to the DB and sit side by side in the form, for example a date of birth field with dropdowns for dd/mm/yyyy.

    Is this possible? Does a custom field type exist?

    Also is it possible to have optional repeating questions? e.g.

    What do you think about xxx? (textarea).

    Click here to finish, click here to add another comment about (yyy)... etc etc... so users can add 1 or more answers.
