I am a complete Umbraco newbie, so i apologise in advance for not knowing the coding at all.
I need to create a registration form for my Charity that basically gives the user only the information they need to place for their choice at the start of the form. So for example, Question 1 would be 'Choose which event you are wanting to register for' - there will be five choices; Camp 1, Camp 2, Camp 3, Camp 4, Conference 1.
So what I need is when they press on 'Camp 1', they don't get all the information that 'Camp 3' may have in it.
Is this possible with Contour now? As a Charity we don't have a budget for this type of development, so I was hoping that it would come out of the box (like 123contactform.com) - so if anyone can shed some light I would really appreciate it.
