Converting "\n" to "<br /> with "Save As Umbraco Document" workflow
System: Umbraco Version - 4.7.1 ,Windows Server 2008 – 8gb memory – 4 Zeon 2.27Ghz processors service pack 1 – 64 bit OS , IIS version 7.5.7600.16385, SQL Server 2008 R2, Stacktrace - N/A
We're using Contour as a front end for users to create a biography in the admin part of Umbraco. We've mapped the fields from Contour to the backend document type and overall it works great. It limits the number of people we have to train on what is a minor task.
However, the formatting is saved automatically as newlines and therefore all the text in the Contour forms despite appearing outwardly to be paragraphs run together in the Umbraco document, specifically in the Tiny MCE based fields. We would like the newlines converted to <br /> tags.

There is a similar issue here: http://our.umbraco.org/forum/umbraco-pro/contour/16940-TextArea-formatting , but in that post the recommendation was to use "Send xslt transformed email" workflow, which is mutually exclusive to the "save as Umbraco document" workflow.
Is there a way the newlines can be converted to <br /> tags using the Save As Umbraco Document Option".
