This has happened twice now.
I've update a field on a particular form, press save and then get a "failed to save form" buble in the righthand bottom corner.
So idecide to refresh the form. A confirmation popup appears asking if i want to leave the page. After saying yes
POOF!!!??!! the form is gone. NO MORE FORM
I got this error when moving to the developer section
First time i had to restore the database from a backup. Has this happened to anyone else?
