Please excuse the silly question, but I am new to Umbraco and still trying to get my head around how it all works. :)
We are looking at installing Umbraco within a load-balanced environment as per the Umbraco model or an authoring environment behind the firewall and a number of display servers visible to the outside world. The display sites will have the cut-down UI as detailed by Per in his Umbraco TV video.
My question is, if we remove the UI as detailed in the instructions, we also remove the umbraco/plugins directory. Where then does Contour store files that are uploaded through forms? I'm guessing there is a setting somewhere? Is there anything else I need to be aware of when running Contour in a load-balanced display environment?
A silly question?
