Need to prefill Logined User details like last name, first name, phone #, gender from exsting table to Contour Form
I want to create a form with some field like (First Name, Last Name, Phone, Zip with some other field).
Now I want to populate logined user details like First Name, Last Name, Phone, Zip into Contour form automatically. So User need to fill only few remaining details.
All details are exist in Table Named:- [PersonalProfiles].
I am new in Umbraco. So Please provide me solution in details.
