    how to show contour form legend captions in e-mail?

    Hi,

    i am building a form check out form, and i have choosen to use the legend caption to descibe what the current item to order is, and then fields underneath to choose what price and how many.

    But i can't figure out how to show legend captions in the e-mail.

    So the e-mail just shows price and how many, but not what the customer is ordering. How do i show legend captions?
