If I understand your question correctly you should go to "Contour" and expand the form from, which you want to bulk delete entries. Click on "Entries" and select the appropiate filter like "Get all approved records from the last year".
In front of each record that displays in the list there is a checbox. Mark the entries you want to delete and then scroll to the bottom where there is a dropdown in the lower left corner where you can choose either "Approve" or "Delete". Choose delete and then hit "Exectute".
How can I bulk delete data for a particular form?
I have thousands of entries of an old form, I need to delete them all (and not one by one by hand!).
How can I clear out all data for a particular form in a few easy steps?
Thanks

Hi Jan
Thanks for your response. No you misunderstand - your method is what I call 'one by one', or 'by hand'!
I'd be here all day checking checkboxes and deleting (it's slow for some reason). I wanted a quick way to wipe data.
Tim Geyssens emailed me earlier to say 'Export form, delete form, import form, update form macro use' - which is exactly what I needed!
Thanks though!
Hi Manwood
Ok then :)
But happy to hear you got it solved and cared to share it.
Happy new year.
