Creating form steps using view show abnormal behaviour!!!

    Hi there,

I created a new form and customize it using the razor.

Its seems as there is a bug in it as some time it will not let me save the form as well as after saving all data will disappear.....?!

    Any idea?

    thanks

Maybe you removed to much... try restoring and see if it also happens with the original razor markup

Fields from the form, or records?

Fields from the form and Not records.

Ive created a 3 steps form with 42 fields and when saved every thing just disappeared.

I have to say that it happened before so Ive deleted the old form and created a new one. With the old one I had proplem to save.

Also, I have 8 other forms with no steps and all seems fine.

    Many thanks for quick reply!

Ok so now after It happened again.....where I tried to save my 6 steped form, It falis and all my other steps disaapeared accept the first step.

Ive check the DB and the table UFPages still shows the pages. So Ive reset the IIS and all came back.

So I guess its something todo with reloading the table from the DB.....?!

    Thanks

Ok thanks for the extra details, could you try increasing the max json length

    http://geekswithblogs.net/frankw/archive/2008/08/05/how-to-configure-maxjsonlength-in-asp.net-ajax-applications.aspx

Might be because it's such a big form

Great, normally Contour will increase that value during installation but I guess something must have gone wrong (maybe permissions on web.config) but glad it's working now :)

Actually, it was on 500000 so I guess contour did increased it but it wasnt enough. Moved it to 600000.

    Thanks again.
